There's no password to remember. Enter your email address in the app or on the dashboard and we email you a 6-digit code. The code lasts 15 minutes and works on the device that asked for it.

• No code? Check your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new one from the code screen.
• If your account was set up with a password, it still works: tap Use a password instead on the code screen.

Operators don't need an email address. The farm owner or a manager creates a 6-digit join code, in the app or on the dashboard, and sends it to you as a message or a link. Install Cowchow, tap Join your farm, enter the code, and you stay signed in from then on.

A join code lasts 24 hours. If yours has run out, ask the owner or a manager for a new one.

You're invited by email, from the dashboard. The invitation link lasts 7 days. Sign in with the email address the invitation went to; to use a different address, ask for a new invitation to that one. Nutritionists work on the dashboard, not in the app.

The farm owner manages the farm's subscription, including cancelling it, on the dashboard. Cancelling keeps your farm and its feeding history, and subscribing again picks up where you left off. Managers, nutritionists and operators don't need to do anything.
